1. The app

Leben in Deutschland Test 310 ("the app") is a practice app for the German citizenship test, provided by Kemal Cetinkaya, AppKadag ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. No official app

The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) or any other government body. The questions come from the official catalog published by the BAMF. Translations are provided for learning only; in the real test only the German wording counts.

3. No guarantee

We work to keep questions and answers correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the app is free of errors or that you will pass the test. The app is provided "as is". Always check official information from the BAMF and your local authority.

4. Premium

The app is free with ads. Premium is an optional one-time purchase that removes ads. It is sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including refunds. You can restore Premium on a new device with the same store account via "Restore purchases" in Settings.

5. Use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app stores.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Law and contact
